Description
The Outside Skirt is the thickest portion of the diaphragm, which is located at an angle between the 12th and 6th ribs on the underside of the short plate. The skirt is removed from the short plate in one piece. The outer skin or membrane remains on the outside skirt but is trimmed along the edges to show lean on approximately 75% of the outside and approximately 50% lean on the side attached to the inside skirt.
