At Wüthrich, we create clarified butter using the finest European tradition. Our butter contains 99.9% pure butterfat and is made with our champion butter, providing a rich and full flavor. Compared to regular butter and cooking oils, clarified butter has a higher smoke point, making it ideal for preparing sauces like hollandaise and bearnaise. • Contains four units per case.
