Frozen Raw Lobster Tails 3-4 ounces. • Marking must be approved by Sysco and be visually and electronically legible • Product shall be layered packed, layered per cases. • Layers shall be separated by a plastic screen. • Master cases shall be strapped to maintain integrity. • Master cases shall be preprinted, oyster white, staple free, two-piece master case. Bursting strength of master case shall be #200. • Cases labels and printing shall conform to standards set forth by Sysco Quality Assurance.
